Consumer Warranty Information

The warranty card included with your Rosen product clearly outlines the coverage you are entitled to, including any exclusions or limitations of coverage. Another key topic which you may or may not be aware of has to do with your consumer rights relative to the use of aftermarket products on your vehicle. Per Federal legislation you cannot be denied warranty coverage by any vehicle manufacturer or dealer simply because you have installed aftermarket products on your vehicle. The following links provide more detail concerning your rights under both the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302 (C)) and the Clean Air Warranty Provisions (42 U.S.C. S 7541 (C) (3) (B)):

For In-warranty Repairs

All products still covered by one of the Rosen Limited Warranties should be taken to the original installing or selling dealer. They will be able to diagnose the issue and possibly fix it while you wait. If your system requires warranty repair your Rosen Authorized Dealer will be able to order a replacement part and should receive it within 5 working days or less. At that time they will be able to arrange a convenient time to exchange the unit in your vehicle.
